COMFORT EXCHANGE/WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. I understand Mattress USA does not offer refunds.
2. Mattress USA offers a one time comfort exchange on mattresses $1,099 and above (Sealy, Sealy Hybrid, Tempur-Pedic, and Stearns & Foster. 30 night minimum with 90 night maximum for Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster and Sealy Hybrid. All other companies 7 night minimum with 30 night maximum).
3. There are no comfort guarantees on foundations, adjustable bases, pillows, toppers, sheets or mattress protectors. These products are NOT returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
4. There are no comfort guarantees, exchanges, refunds or returns on Close-out/Clearance items, Special order or odd sizes.
5. There will be a $100 restocking fee and an additional delivery/service fee (based on delivery/service to your area) for comfort exchanges.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE 30-NIGHT OR 90-NIGHT MATTRESS COMFORT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT, I UNDERSTAND:
1. I must have a copy of my receipt.
2. Mattress/foundations must remain in "LIKE NEW" condition. NO, stains, soils, odors, tears or damage of any kind. A stain proof mattress protector (from Mattress USA) is required at time of mattress purchase in order to qualify for a comfort exchange.
3. All law tags must remain attached to the mattress and foundations.
4. All claims must be within the claim period.
5. Warranty claims only replace the defective piece(s).
6. Mattress USA does not exceed the limit of the manufacturer's warranty.
